I’m jumping up and down!
I’ve been selected as a finalist in the 2008 Kerrville Folk Festival New Folk Competition! This in an incredibly prestigeous contest with a long history (introduced by Peter, Paul and Mary’s Peter Yarrow in 1972) at one of the biggest folk festivals in the country. The contest takes place on May 24th and 25th at the festival in Kerrville, Texas.
The only problem is, it takes place in Kerrville, Texas!
I’m getting married this summer, and I CAN’T spend any wedding money on a plane ride to Texas… Can you help?
